We are no longer blonde. We are still lazy.

Someone at Harvey Mudd College thought I could pass for a chemist in May of 1992 and gave me a piece of paper that said so. I attempted to escape from chemistry for many years, excluding a stint as a wine chemist. Eventually, I abandoned all hope and became a patent attorney.
We do not look like a lawyer. Really.
Outside of lawyering, I have a great love of music. Most recently, I play Japanese drums with Sacramento Taiko Dan. Otherwise, I claim to be learning to play guitar, banjo, piano, recorder and harmonica. Trumpet or sax in my copious spare time. I used to be in this strange little short-lived band, composed of people who thought "gee, we all play instruments, let's have a band together...." For perspective on the experience, I thought we should call ourselves "Artistic Differences." One of the other members of this band co-founded the Burden Institute of Technology.
