About me!

I was born in France, with my father Camembert R. Mus, Chief of Field Mice for a major field in Normandy, and my mother Montereina J. Mus (neé Wisconsin, named after her uncle) an American Mus from whom I learned English. At an early age I moved to America to live with her family, in a luxurious home in a backyard in Gwinett County, Georgia.

In early 1994, a situation developed there involving some large carnivores, of the grey-striped feline sort. I was unhurt, grace á l'Eminence Grise, but came to be in the possession of the human who owned these nasties. She knew of Mouse, and thought that I might be welcome in his company.

So, off I went to Claremont, California, where Mouse and Denis were attending college. I was instantly welcomed, despite their lack of warning, and continued there for a year and a half, getting a bit of an education despite never actually attending any classes. I had a few adventures, including inviting a bird in to meet Mouse while Denis was at classes and getting my head broken twice! Luckily, Denis is handy with superglue. (The first time was when I was in the dorm lounge watching TV... I've since decided that TV gives me a headache.)

When Mouse and Denis graduated, I traveled again... first to Denis's family's home in Atlanta, then to his new apartment in Peoria, Illinois. I stayed at home mostly, watching whatever weather we happened to have (and we had plenty) and playing Connect Four with Mouse, though sometimes I got across the street to see a movie.

In August of 1996, we moved yet again, to Somerville, Massachusetts. I'm living with all sorts of fun people now, and watching movies every thursday. I still mostly stay at home and play with Mouse, but I have adventures now and again, including a prolonged stay at a doll hospital in Braintree. (I'm feeling much better, thank you.)
